Bitso History

Bitso is a Mexican cryptocurrency exchange founded in 2014. It allows exchanging Bitcoin and Ethereum for Mexican pesos. Ripple payment gateway is used for fiat deposit/withdrawal.

The interface supports 2 languages: English and Spanish.

There is also an app for Android and iOS.

Registration

To create an account on the exchange, click on the Open Account button on the main page in the upper right corner.

This will open a page with fields for registration:

  1. Enter your email address
  2. Enter your password
  3. Repeat password
  4. Check the box to agree to the terms of the exchange
  5. Click on Start

Registration passed, the only thing left is to confirm the mailing address, follow the link from the email.

Verification

After you have logged in the system opens a window where you are prompted to verify, the service has three levels:

Level 1

You can withdraw: $ 5,300 per day
Limit of $32,000 for 30 days

Requirement: your phone number must be verified.

Level 2

You can withdraw: $150,000 per day
Deposit limit $480,000 in 30 days

Requirement:

Official ID or passport
Proof of address for no more than 3 months
Conduct transactions of at least 5,000 pesos
Label your account through SPEI

Level 3

You may withdraw: $1,000,000
No monthly limit

Requirement:

Service contract signed and mailed by Bitso
Occupation / Origin of Funds

Interface

In order to start trading, go to the Exchange tab, then Trading.

The page will open:

At the top are buy and sell orders. Below existing orders. Still below is the history.
